Appointment Scheduling

To secure your appointment, we kindly ask for a non-refundable deposit of $50. Should you decide to proceed with your treatment, this deposit will be subtracted from the total treatment cost.

Appointment Cancellation

In line with our commitment to ensuring timely access to appointments for all clients and out of respect for our service providers’ schedules, we adhere to a 48-hour Cancellation and No Show Policy.

Cancellation and Reschedule Fee

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card linked with the reservation.

No Show, No Call Fee: If you fail to honor or cancel an appointment within 48 hours, a $150 fee will be charged to the credit card linked with the reservation.

Neurotoxin Touch Up

Starting from July 1, 2023, regular pricing will be applicable to neurotoxin touch-ups.

Dermal Filler

For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot store unused dermal filler for future use. Our pricing structure for filler techniques will vary, with some being priced per syringe and others per treatment area. This approach empowers our providers to customize treatments based on individual requirements.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.

Refunds

Services that have been provided are ineligible for refunds. Despite our unwavering efforts to achieve desired results, aesthetic outcomes can notably differ among individuals. The client assumes responsibility for any additional treatments required to attain the desired outcomes.

Regarding retail items, purchases are non-refundable. However, exchanges are accepted within 14 days in case of defects, limited to the same product.

Please be aware that Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable.
